💰Deposit Steps 

The minimum deposit amount with Bank Transfer is $15.

⏰Deposit Timeframe 

After the funds are deducted from your bank account, your deposit will be credited within 1 hour.

📝Tips & Tricks

• Confirm your Internet banking username and password.

Check your username and password when logging into your Internet Banking app. Please contact your bank if you are unsure what your login data is. 

• Enter the correct OTP/security code.

When you log in to your bank app, you will receive an OTP or security code. Ensure you enter the correct code as soon as you receive it. If you don't receive the code, please contact your bank.

• Verify that you have enough funds.

The deposit amount might be converted to your local currency at your bank's rate. The final amount may vary slightly from the one selected on the platform.

The minimum amount of withdrawal is $15.

To withdraw your funds, you only need to select your withdrawal amount on the withdrawal page:  

Withdrawals are made to bank accounts. You need to fill out the following fields:

• Choose the bank you want to get the withdrawal to
• Bank account number.
• First name
• Last name
• Document number (ID) 

After processing your withdrawal request, you will receive your payment within 5 days.
