⏰Deposit timeframe

 Your deposit will be credited in just 1 hour after the funds are deducted from your wallet. 

📝Tips & Tricks

• Complete your payment within the time limit. If you don’t complete your payment on time, please go back and request a new QR-code. 
• Send the exact deposit amount indicated in the deposit order.
• Remember to take a screenshot of your transaction once completed.

✨Withdrawal steps

The minimum amount of withdrawal is $50. You can withdraw on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether. 

To withdraw your funds, you only need to select your withdrawal amount on the withdrawal page. Fill in your email, crypto currency, and withdrawal amount. Then click 'Send Request'.

After your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive your payment within 24 hours to 5 working days.
