⏰Deposit timeframe 

Your deposit will be credited within 24 hours after the funds are deducted from your wallet. 

📝Tips & Tricks

• Request a new QR code or wallet address for each deposit to the platform. 
• Make sure your crypto wallet supports TRX tokens.
• Send the exact deposit amount indicated in the deposit order.
• Remember to take a screenshot of your transaction once completed.    
• Remember to fill in both the crypto address and the destination tag when making the deposit from your wallet.

Minimum withdrawal amount: $20

To withdraw your funds, you need to fill in the following information on the withdrawal page:

• Withdrawal amount
• Wallet address 

⚠️Withdrawal fee: Cryptocurrency transactions always include standard fees imposed by the wallets. To cover for them, a fee may be applied to your withdrawal. It allows our traders to receive the exact amount of withdrawal without any unexpected charges. 

After your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive your payment within 24 hours to 5 working days.
