Marketplace

"Marketplace" offers packs of trading tools "Extensions" which are additional features not included in the basic version of the platform. These can be obtained by either subscribing to the Market or earning Experience points on Trader's Way.

Subscription steps

Open "Market".
Choose the item.
Pick your payment plan.
Set your sub-account to pay.
You're ready to go!✅

Unlock extensions are available for all versions of the platform, including web versions on your computer or smartphone, iOS and Android mobile apps, and desktop apps for Windows and macOS.

Market Items

Trading conditions. You can buy a higher service level or higher profitability rate.

Trading signals. They are live signals give suggestions that are derived from analyzing the market to either purchase or sell financial assets.

Strategies. Pre-built sets of indicators and oscillators are at your disposal, providing you with valuable insights on the perfect timing to enter and exit trades. Know more here.

Indicators. tools used in technical analysis, which help you analyze future prices based on historical data from a specific period. Know more here.

Oscillators. crucial tools in detecting overbought and oversold market conditions, while also providing insights into momentum that can help traders make informed decisions on when to enter or exit a trade. Know more here.

Cancellation steps

Once you subscribe to an extension, it won't be canceled till the end of the month. But you can cancel the auto-renewal at any time unless 24 hours before the renewal date.

On your homepage, choose "Market" then "My purchases and rewards."
Choose the extension you want to cancel.
Turn off auto-renewal.

Refund policy

Just a heads up, if you decide to cancel the subscription the day after you purchase it, we won't be able to provide a refund. However, we want you to get the most out of the extension, so you'll still be able to use it until the end of the month you paid for.

If you've been subscribed for more than 30 days, we'll divide your subscription period into blocks of 30 days each (so 60 days would be 2 blocks of 30 days, for example).

If you decide to cancel, we'll give you a refund for only the 30-day periods that remain from your subscription at the time of your cancellation request.

For example, if you paid for a 90-day subscription and you request to cancel it on the 45th day. In that case, you'll receive a refund for the block of days from the 60th to the 90th day.
