Deposit – Bank Transfers (Mongolia)

Bank transfer deposits are available in Mongolia through local banks, including XacBank, Arig Bank, State Bank, and Capitron Bank. In this article, you’ll learn how to make a deposit and find the most important instructions.

Deposits are usually credited within 5 minutes, but in rare cases confirmation may take up to 24 hours after the funds are deducted from your bank account.  

• Go to this link and select one of the available banks. 
• Enter your first name and last name on the next page. 
• You’ll be redirected to a page showing the payment credentials.  
• Send the payment using one of the following options: 

  • Enter the payment details manually, or

  • Scan the QR code 

• Minimum deposit: 10 USD / 10 EUR

• Maximum deposit: 1000 USD / 1000 EUR

• Select the correct bank before proceeding.

• Make sure to deposit the exact amount shown in the payment request.

• You can complete the transfer by entering the details manually or by scanning the QR code.

• Click the Confirm button to complete the payment. If you don’t confirm, the payment may not be processed.

• Keep the payment page open until the transfer is completed.

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15 minutes before trying a new deposit or by performing basic troubleshooting.

Always create a new request for each deposit to the platform. Avoid using the same payment details for several deposits.

Be aware of any bank-side daily or monthly limits that may affect your transfer. If you’ve reached a limit or received an error, wait before attempting another deposit.

Always check that your bank account has sufficient balance and that the transfer can be completed within the allowed time.

Ensure the payment amount matches the requested amount exactly.
