Deposit steps

• Go to this link and select 'bKash'. 
• Choose your deposit amount. 
• Open your bKash app, select 'Cash Out', and fill in the bKash Agent number.
• Enter the deposit amount and your bKash PIN.
• Fill in the transaction ID number on the payment page and click 'Pay.' 

Tips & Tricks

Your bKash Account number is your identifier in the app. It will be the phone number you used to register.

Make sure to fill in the correct bKash account number during the deposit process. 

Remember to fill in the transaction ID in Olymptrade's payment page after the deposit is completed. 

You will need to confirm your transaction with your bKash PIN. If you do not remember your PIN, reset it beforehand. 

• You can dial *247#, pressing 10 and following the instructions given.
• You can also call 16247 or send email to support@bKash.com to request the password reset with bKash customer support. 

Dealing with deposit errors

If the app isn’t working, use the USSD service by dialing *247#. bKash does not charge additional fees for this service. 

If you enter the wrong PIN 3 consecutive times, your bkash account PIN will be temporarily blocked.

You can reset your bkash account PIN by:

• Dial *247#, press 10, and follow the instructions given.
• Call 16247, send an email to support@bkash.com, connect to Live Chat at https://livechat.bkash.com, or visit your nearest Customer Care.
