Deposit steps

Your deposit will be credited in just 1 hour. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

Go to this link and select Instapay Choose your deposit amount. Provide your phone number, first name, and last name. Confirm by clicking proceed to payment. You will be shown the Instapay account number. Open your Instapay app and transfer the exact deposit amount Enter the confirmation code after sending the payment.

Double-check that the Instapay account number is correct.

Always send the exact amount displayed on the payment screen.

Make sure your Instapay app is updated and functioning properly.

Keep your phone handy to receive and enter the confirmation code quickly.

Dealing with deposit errors

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15min before trying a new deposit or perfoming basic troubleshooting.

If your bank requires you to manually enter the deposit data, double-check the transaction information provided on the payment page.

Ensure you entered the code exactly as received (no spaces or extra characters).

Confirm with your bank if your account can be used for international transactions and online payments.

If the code expired, request a new one and try again.

Poor or unstable internet connections can interrupt the transfer process, causing the transaction to fail. Ensure you have a stable and secure internet connection before attempting a transfer.
