Dealing with deposit errors |
Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15min before trying a new deposit or perfoming basic troubleshooting.

Always create a new request for each deposit to the platform. Avoid using the same payment details for several deposits. |

Make the deposit in 5 minutes to avoid session expiration in the M-Pesa app. |

If you've forgotten your M-Pesa PIN, dial *334# and follow the prompts to reset it. |

If you received a message of multiple failed processes, you will need to wait 24 hours then try again. |
