Deposit steps

Your deposit will be credited in just 4 hours.

Go to this link and choose Vodafone, Orange, or Etisalat. Choose your deposit amount. Complete the payment to the phone number provided on the deposit page. Confirm the deposit on the payment page.
You can deposit with Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash and Etisalat Cash from Egypt.

Tips & Tricks

Don't forget to click "I have paid" on the platform's payment page once you complete the deposit from your mobile provider's app or USSD service.
Before making the payment, make sure you have enough balance in your mobile money account, as your mobile provider may charge exchange rate fees and commissions.
You will need to dial a USSD code to trigger the Mobile Money interface in your phone: For Vodafone transfers, *dial 97#* For Etisalat transfers, *dial 7771#* For Orange transfers, dial #7115# You can also use your provider's mobile app: Ana Vodafone app e&Cash app Orange Cash app
Make sure to send the exact amount shown in the deposit request, without rounding up. Double-check the phone number provided for the deposit

Dealing with deposit errors

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15min before trying a new deposit or perfoming basic troubleshooting.

If you have exceeded your wallet's daily transaction limit, you must wait for the limit to be reset the next day.

Daily limit for Vodafone cash - 30K EGP
Daily limit for Etisalat cash - 30K EGP
Daily limit for Orange cash - 50K EGP

Ensure your internet connection while sending the money to avoid any malfunction in the transaction.

Confirm any payment requests within 20 minutes to avoid session expiry.

Preferable not to use intermediary apps to transfer the amount; you can transfer directly through the official mobile money ways issued by your wallet.
