You can process your deposit from the Nagad Mobile App or dial *167# to use the USSD service. | |

Please keep your Nagad PIN at hand. This 4- to 5-digit code is required to approve any transactions from your wallet. After initiating the transaction, you usually have 60 to 90 seconds to input your PIN. If this time passes, restart the process. |
Dealing with deposit errors |
Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15min before trying a new deposit or perfoming basic troubleshooting.
Please make sure to input your Nagad account number correctly. It is your app identifier. To find it, please tap on 'My Nagad.' You will find your account number right under your name. |
After receiving a recipient number, you will have around 1 hour to complete the deposit. In case more time passes, we recommend requesting a new deposit. |
If you're using the Nagad app and it keeps freezing or crashing during the transaction, try clearing the app's cache or reinstalling it. |
Ensure that you're entering the correct Nagad PIN. If you input the wrong PIN multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. |
