The minimum deposit amount is 500 INR, and the maximum per transaction is 30,000 INR. Double-check that your deposit falls within these limits.

Dealing with deposit errors

Most deposit errors are resolved by  waiting 15min before trying a new deposit  or perfoming basic troubleshooting.

If you've reached your daily limit, try making another deposit the following day.

Make sure to create a new deposit request in the platform for each request. Using the deposit information for several deposits can cause your transactions to be lost.

Banks often have frequency and amount limits. If you encounter errors, reduce the amount of your deposit. Contact your bank to learn the limits of your net banking.
