You can process your deposit from the Rocket Mobile App or dial *322# to use the USSD service.
If your mobile operator is Citycell, you should send an empty message to 16216 to trigger the Rocket USSD service. |

Make sure your wallet has enough balance to cover Rocket transaction fees and exchange rates. You can see your balance by dialing *322# or in the tab 'My account' in the app. |

Please keep your Rocket PIN at hand. This 4-digit code is required to approve any transactions from your wallet. After initiating the transaction, you usually have 60 to 90 seconds to input your PIN. If this time passes, restart the process. |
Dealing with deposit errors |
Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15min before trying a new deposit or perfoming basic troubleshooting.
Please make sure to input your Rocket account number correctly. It is your app identifier. To find it, you can dial *322# using your registered phone number in Rocket, press 5 'My Account, ' select option 4 'Account No,' and enter your PIN. Check the steps on their website using this link. |
After receiving a recipient number, you will have around 1 hour to complete the deposit. If more time passes, we recommend requesting a new deposit. |
If you're using the Rocket app and it keeps freezing or crashing during the transaction, try clearing the app's cache or reinstalling it. |
Ensure that you're entering the correct Rocket PIN. If you input the wrong PIN multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. |
If the USSD code is not working, consider using the Rocket app for the transaction or visiting a local Rocket agent. Similarly, if the app is not functioning, try switching to the USSD method |
