Deposit steps

Your deposit will be credited in just 4 hours.

Go to this link and choose 'Telebirr'.
Choose your deposit amount.
You will be redirected to the payment page showing the payment details.
Open your Telebirr app and send the funds using the provided details.
Enter the transaction reference number in the required field.
Click Confirm to complete the request.

Tips & Tricks

Make sure you are not exceeding daily transaction limits set by Telebirr.

Always transfer the exact amount shown on the payment page.

Complete the payment in one transaction only.

Use bank details only once per deposit request.

Ensure the mobile number used matches your registered Telebirr number.

Dealing with deposit errors

Most deposit errors are resolved by waiting 15min before trying a new deposit or perfoming basic troubleshooting.
