Deposit steps

Your deposit will be credited in just  24 hours.

  • Go to this link and choose UPI.
  • Choose your deposit amount.
  • Fill in your UID (Aadhaar Card), VPA, Phone number, and First and Last name.
  • Complete the payment following the instructions in your UPI-supporting app.

Tips & Tricks

Check that you are entering the correct mPIN within the time given.

mPIN is a 6-digit passcode you should enter whenever you wish to transact.

Ensure you fill in the correct VPA (Virtual payment address) for your deposit.

VPA typically follows the structure "username@bankname," where the username is chosen by the user, and the bank name refers to the bank or payment service provider facilitating the UPI service

Make sure you have sufficient balance in your wallet to cover UPI transaction fees and exchange rates.

You can usually check your balance at the top or top-right corner of your upi-supporting app.

After you complete your deposit, you will receive a UTR number.

Send this UTR number to the deposit page for quick payment confirmation.

Dealing with deposit errors

Most deposit errors are resolved by  waiting 15min before trying a new deposit  or perfoming basic troubleshooting.

Make sure to create a new deposit request in the platform for each request. Using the same QR code or deposit information for several deposits can cause your transactions to be lost.
When depositing more than ₹2000, use the phone number provided instead of the QR-payment option.
Sometimes banks set transaction frequency and amount limits. Try reducing the occurrence and amount of your UPI deposits to avoid bank limits.
