💰Deposit steps

The minimum deposit amount with Astropay Card is $10. 

• Please go to this link. 
• Select 'AstroPay Card' from the 'Electronic Payment System' tab.

• Choose your deposit amount. If you have a promo code, select it by clicking 'Promo Code'.

• You will get a confirmation of your payment details. Make sure all the information is correct and click 'Confirm'.

• You will be redirected to the AstroPay payment page. Fill in your phone number and click 'Continue.'

• Authorize your payment with the SMS code sent to your phone.

• Select your favorite payment method from the options given by AstroPay.

• Fill in the data required for the payment method you selected and click 'Confirm Payment.'

• You will receive a confirmation of your payment. After that, you can go back to trading!

⏰Deposit timeframe

Your deposit will be credited in just 1 hour after deducting the funds from your wallet.     

📝Tips & Tricks 

• Verify your AstroPay account to ensure the security of your transactions.
• We recommend taking a screenshot of your transaction once it's completed.   
• Depending on your country, AstroPay might allow you to deposit with other methods. We recommend topping up your wallet using your AstroPay Card.

✨Withdrawal steps

The minimum amount of withdrawal is $10.

To withdraw your funds, you will have to fill in the following data on the withdrawal page:

• Withdrawal amount
• Phone number
• National ID number 
• Full name

After your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive your payment between 24 hours and up to 4 working days.
