💰Deposit steps

The minimum deposit amount with Internet banking is $10 or €10.  

• Please go to this link. 
• Select 'Bank transfer' in the Payment Method tab.
• Choose your deposit amount. If you have a promo code, select it by clicking "Promo Code".

• You will get a confirmation of your payment details. Make sure all the information is correct and click 'Confirm'.

• Fill in your name and last name.

• You will be redirected to the payment page.

• Scan the QR code and contact the payment manager via Telegram.

• The manager will provide you with the payment details you will need to complete the deposit from your internet banking app. 
• After completing the deposit, click 'I paid' in the payment page.

⏰Deposit timeframe

 After the funds are deducted from your bank account, your deposit will be credited in up to 24 hours.

📝 Tips & Tricks

• Make sure that your Internet banking service is enabled.

Check that your Internet banking service is active. If it is not or if you are not sure, please contact your bank to activate it.

• Confirm your Internet banking username and password.

Check your username and password when logging in to your Internet Banking app. If you are not sure what your login data is, please contact your bank. 

• Verify that you have enough funds.

The deposit amount might be converted to your local currency at your bank's rate. The final amount may vary slightly from the one selected on the platform. 

✨Withdrawal steps

The minimum amount of withdrawal is $10 or €10.

To withdraw your funds, you need to fill in the following information on the withdrawal page: 

• First name.
• Last Name. 
• Bank account number. 
• Bank name. 

After your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive your payment within 24 hours to 5 working days.
