💰Deposit steps

The minimum deposit amount with Internet banking is $15. 

• Please go to this link. 
• Select 'Bank transfer' from the list in the 'Electronic Payment systems' tab.

• Choose your deposit amount. If you have a promo code, select it by clicking 'Promo Code'.

• You will get a confirmation of your payment details. Make sure all the information is correct and click 'Confirm'.

• You will be redirected to the payment page. There you will find all the information required for your deposit.

• Log into your internet banking app or website and process your deposit using the data provided.

• Take a screenshot or save your payment slip as a PDF. Upload it to the payment page and click 'Confirm'.

⏰Deposit timeframe

Your deposit will be credited between 5 minutes and 24 hours after the funds are deducted from your bank account.  

📝 Tips & Tricks

• Make sure that your Internet banking service is enabled.

Check that your Internet banking service is active. If it is not or you are not sure, please contact your bank to activate it.

• Confirm your Internet banking username and password.

Check your username and password when loging in to your Internet Banking app. If you are not sure what is your login data, please contact your bank. 

• Enter the correct OTP/security code.

While login to your bank app you will receive an OTP or security code. Make sure that you enter the correct code as soon as you receive it. If you don't receive the code, please get in touch with your bank.

• Verify that you have enough funds.

The deposit amount might be converted to your local currency at your bank's rate. The final amount may vary slightly from the one selected on the platform.  

• Complete the payment in time.

After requesting payment on the platform, you will have 15 minutes to complete it. If this time period expires, please request a new deposit and we will send you updated bank information.

✨Withdrawal steps

The minimum amount of withdrawal is $15.

To withdraw your funds, you need to fill in the following information on the withdrawal page: 

• Withdrawal amount. 
• Bank name. 
• Full Name. 
• Bank account number.

The available banks for withdrawal are: Kyongnam bank, Kwangju bank, Kookmin bank, IBK and Nonghyup bank.

After your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive your payment within 24 hours to 5 working days.
