💰Deposit steps

The minimum deposit amount with M-pesa is $10. 

• Please go to this link. 
• Select 'M-Pesa' from the 'Cash' tab.

• Choose your deposit amount. If you have a promo code, select it by clicking 'Promo Code'.

• Fill in your M-Pesa account number, ID number, first and last name.

• You will get a confirmation of your payment details. Make sure all the information is correct and click 'Confirm'.

• You will be redirected to the payment page where you can re-check the deposit amount in Kenyan shillings and your phone number.

Follow the instructions you will receive to your mobile to complete the payment.  

⏰Deposit timeframe 

After the funds are deducted from your M-Pesa balance, your deposit will be credited within 1 hour.   

🤔What is my M-Pesa Account Number?

Your M-Pesa Account number is your identifier in the app. It will be the phone number you used to register. Please remember to include the country code '+254' when filling in your M-Pesa account number. 

📝Tips & Tricks

• Make sure you enter the correct M-Pesa Account Number.
• Check that you click the 'Pay' button only once.
• We recommend taking a screenshot of your deposit slip once payment is completed. 
• If a technical error takes place, we recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the browser. You can find the instructions here.  

✨Withdrawal steps

The minimum amount of withdrawal is $10.

To withdraw your funds, you only need to select your withdrawal amount on the withdrawal page:

After your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive your payment within 24 hours to 5 working days.
