✨Password recovery

If you are already logged in, please log out first to recover your password. To do so, go to the 'Profile' section and click the 'Settings' button. The 'Log out' option is located at the bottom of the menu.

💻 Web version

1. Go to the login section of our website.  
2. Click 'Forgot your password?'
3. Fill in your email linked to the trading account and press ‘Restore’.
4. Complete the ReCaptcha if it appears on your screen. 
5. You will receive a password recovery email. In that email, click the "Change password" button. 
6. Once redirected to the Olymp Trade page, set a new password and confirm it. 

📲 App version 

1. Go to the login section of the App. 
2. Click 'Forgot your password?'
3. Fill in your email linked to the trading account and press ‘Restore’.
4. Complete the ReCaptcha if it appears on your screen. 
5. You will receive a password recovery email. In that email, click the "Change password" button. 
6. Once redirected to the Olymp Trade web page, set a new password and confirm it.  

You are all set to log in with a new password! 👏

Please make sure that your new password contains between 4 to 32 characters. Remember to include capital letters, numbers, and special characters.

🤔 Can I have more than one account on Olymp Trade?

You can only have one active account on our platform in accordance with our Service Agreement. However, you can add separate sub-accounts to trade with different currencies and modes - such as FTT, Forex, and Stocks. 

💰 Can I change the currency of my account?

The currency of your account can only be set during registration. If you wish to use a different currency, you can easily add a multi-currency account. 

Adding sub-accounts in other currencies is very easy! Here's how you can do it:

1. Go to our website.
2. After logging in, go to the 'Account' section. 
3. Press the plus (+) button to add a trading account with the currency of your choice from the available options.
