💰Deposit steps

The minimum deposit amount with Mobile Money is $10. 

1. Please go to this link.
2. Select 'Mobile Money' from the 'Electronic payment systems' tab.

• Choose your deposit amount. If you have a promo code, select it by clicking 'Promo Code'.

• You will get a confirmation of your payment details. Make sure all the information is correct and click 'Confirm'.

• You will be redirected to the payment page where you will need to fill in your phone number and select your mobile operator: AirtelTigo, MTN or Vodafone. Then, click 'Pay.'

Remember to include the country code for your phone number. In Ghana it is '233'

• Fill in your email address and then click 'Submit.'

If your mobile operator is Vodafone, you will need to fill in the voucher number sent to your via SMS. 

• You will receive an SMS with the instructions to complete the payment.   
• Confirm your deposit with your authorization PIN and select 'I have made the payment' once the transaction is done.

⏰Deposit timeframe

After the funds are deducted from your balance, your deposit will be credited within 1 hour.   

📝Tips & Tricks

• Make sure you enter the correct phone number with the country code '233.'
• Check that you select the correct mobile operator or provider: AirtelTigo, MTN, or Vodafone. 
• We recommend taking a screenshot of your deposit confirmation once the payment is completed. 
• If a technical error takes place, we recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the browser. You can find the instructions here.  

✨Withdrawal steps

The minimum amount of withdrawal is $10.

You will be able to withdraw your funds to your mobile operator's balance. To withdraw your funds, you need to fill in the following information on the withdrawal page: 

• Withdrawal amount.
• Phone number.
• First name.
• Last name. 

After your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive your payment within 24 hours to 5 working days.
