3D Selfie verification
A 3D selfie or liveness is a biometric check that proves that you are a real person. The process is super fast, and you can do it on your mobile or web camera.  

 

How to take a 3D Selfie?

  • Once the 3D selfie is required in the verification form, check the instructions and select 'I'm ready.'
  • Follow the instructions on the screen: Position your face in the frame and move your head in a circle. 
  • You are all set! Click 'Next' to submit your documents. 

 

Tips & Tricks

💡Enough light

 Check that your face is visible on the screen and that you are in a well-lit room. Follow the system’s instructions to repeat the check if needed.

⭕ Fit the frame

 Do not stand too close or too far from the camera. Position your face so that it fits inside the frame. Don’t wear masks, glasses or hats when passing the check.  

💻 Use Chrome 

If you are passing your verification from a desktop device try using Chrome for a better experience. However, we highly recommend taking your 3D selfie using a mobile device.

✅ Access to camera

 You need to allow access to your webcam when your browser requests it. If you've already done this, but your webcam is still not working, you might need to check your operating system's camera settings.
