A 3D selfie or liveness is a biometric check that proves that you are a real person. The process is super fast, and you can do it on your mobile or web camera.  

🤳 How to take a 3D Selfie?

It's very easy, just position your face in the frame and move your head in a circle. You can do it from your mobile or desktop. Here's how:

• Once the 3D selfie is required in the verification form, check the instructions and select 'I'm ready.'

📝Tips & Tricks

We know that sometimes you can face difficulties. That's why we have gathered some recommendations for you!

💡 Make sure there's enough light

Check that your face is visible on the screen and that you are in a well-lit room. Follow the system’s instructions to repeat the check if needed.

⭕ Fit your face in the frame

Do not stand too close or too far from the camera. Position your face so that it fits inside the frame. Don’t wear masks, glasses or hats when passing the check.  

💻 Use Chrome on your desktop or your mobile device

If you are passing your verification from a desktop device try using Chrome for a better experience. However, we highly recommend taking your 3D selfie using a mobile device.

✅ Grant access to your camera

You need to allow access to your webcam when requested by your browser. If you've already done this, but your webcam is still not working, you might need to check your operating system's camera settings.
