✨The needed documents to proof identity

You can upload your national Identification Document (ID), passport or driving license. In this document your full name, date of birth, document number, and photo should be visible. 

⚠ Important: Your identity card (ID), passport or driver's license must be valid (not expired).

We know that sometimes you can face difficulties. That's why we have gathered some recommendations to upload the perfect photo! 

➡ Upload a photo or scan of the document

You can upload a clear photo or scan of your original ID. Keep in mind that screenshots, electronic documents or copies of the document can not be accepted. 

➡ Upload a recent photo 

The photo or scan of your document should have less than 2 weeks since you took it. We recommend taking the picture right before uploading it. 

➡ Original documents

Please upload a photo or scan of your original document without any physical or digital editions. 

➡ Damage free and fully visible

• Make sure your document is not scratched, stained or torn. 
• All the corners of the document should be visible in the picture or scan.
• Avoid taking the photo when glare is visible.
