• Select 'Payments' and then 'Withdraw'.

⏰Withdrawal timeframe 

We make every effort to process your withdrawal request within 24 hours. However, on some occasions, the process may take up to 5 working days.

📅 When will I receive my funds?

Once your withdrawal request has been successfully processed, you will receive the funds in your e-wallet immediately. If you withdraw to a bank card or bank account, it may take up to 5 working days to receive the money. 

📝Important Info

Here is some important info to keep in mind when requesting your withdrawal:  

• You may only request one withdrawal at a time. You can not request the next withdrawal until the first withdrawal has been processed. 
• Funds may not be deducted from your account immediately after you request a withdrawal. If your balance is less than the amount of the withdrawal, the request will be automatically cancelled. 
• Once the withdrawal is processed, all bonuses will be removed from your account.  

💰 Minimum withdrawal amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is usually $10 or its equivalent in other currencies. However, it may vary according to your payment method. 

You will find the minimum amount on the withdrawal page while creating your request. This is how it looks like:

💡Please note that if you use multiple payment methods, the amount of each withdrawal request must not exceed the total amount deposited with each payment method. If you need to withdraw more, you can do so by simply requesting several withdrawals. 

��Do I have to verify my account to withdraw?

You can request a withdrawal without verifying. However, please note that verification is a mandatory process of our platform and may be requested after initiating a withdrawal request. 

In the event that you are required to verify your account, your withdrawal request may be on hold until verification is completed. For more information on the verification process, please check this article.
