When you use Ethereum or USDT to deposit in a fiat trading account, your withdrawal will be processed through cryptology.com.
- We will process your payment within 24 hours to 5 working days.
- It usually takes up to 3 working days to receive your funds in your wallet after the withdrawal is processed.

- Go to our withdrawal page, and fill in the withdrawal amount and your email address. Click 'Send Request'.
- Open 'Futures' in your wallet's 'Balances' section, find your deposit under 'Other Balances,' and click 'Withdraw.'
- Fill in the Ethereum or USDT wallet address to which you want to get the funds.
- Select 'Apply.' Then, you will be able to track the status of your withdrawal in the 'History' section.
