When you use Ethereum or USDT to deposit in a fiat trading account, your withdrawal will be processed through cryptology.com.

💳Cryptology

Cryptology.com is a platform focused on cryptocurrencies. It allows you to perform transactions with crypto, such as receiving a payment from Olymp Trade. You can read more about it in their support center.

💰Withdrawal steps

The minimum amount of withdrawal is $10 with Tether. 

• Go to our withdrawal page.
• Fill in the withdrawal amount and your email address. Click 'Send Request'.

Please note that the email you enter during the withdrawal request will be the email registered in cryptology.com. 

• Check your email inbox. You will receive two emails from Cryptology.

• Select the email 'Reset your password on Cryptology' and follow the link in the letter.

• You will be redirected to cryptology.com where you will see your registered email address. Please create a password for your Cryptology account and select 'Change password.'

• You will see the confirmation for creating your password, then click 'Sign In.'

• Log in to your Cryptology account using your email and new password.

• Once inside your wallet, select the 'Futures' tab in the 'Balances' section.

• You will find your deposit in the section 'Other Balances.' Click on the 'Withdraw' button to continue the process.

• Fill in the Ethereum or USDT wallet address to which you want to get the funds.

• Confirm your data and complete the process by selecting 'Apply.'

• You will be able to track the status of your withdrawal in the 'History' section.

📝Tips & Tricks  

• Be attentive to your email inbox

After requesting your withdrawal please be attentive to the inbox of the email you used during the withdrawal request. 

• Enter an available email address

We usually recommend filling in the withdrawal section with your email address registered in Olymp Trade. Please make sure the email your enter in the withdrawal request is reachable. 

• Double-check your ETH or USDT wallet address

Make sure the wallet address or wallet key you enter in cryptology.com is correct. You can confirm this information in your personal wallet's app or homepage. 

⏰Withdrawal timeframe

After you request your withdrawal in Olymp Trade, we will process your payment to cryptology.com within 24 hours to 5 working days. 

When you withdraw your funds from cryptology.com it usually takes between 15 to 20 minutes.
