Check your card data is entered correctly:

  • CVV/CVC code: It is a 3-digit number that you can find on the back of your card.

Dealing with deposit errors

Most deposit errors are resolved by  waiting 15min before trying a new deposit  or perfoming basic troubleshooting.

Confirm with your bank if your card can be used for international transactions and online payments.

Change the deposit amount. Remember that:

  • Using the same card for multiple deposits can lead to errors. Consider increasing the deposit amount in this case.
  • Prepaid cards have a transaction limit of 50 EUR
Check that your card was issued in a country supported by the platform here
If you used the same card before, try unsubscribing it from the one-click payment service and re-enter the card data.

Take a look at the declined deposits in the past few days.

  • After 15 declined deposits within 30 days, your bank might restrict a Visa.
  • After 20 declined deposits within 24 hours, your bank might restrict a Mastercard
