Click the name of your country for specific information about deposits and withdrawals with Internet banking. 

💰Deposit steps

  • Go to our deposit section.
  • Select your bank from the list in the 'Internet Banking' tab.
  • Choose your deposit amount and click 'Next'.
  • You will be redirected to your bank's login page where you have to enter your login and password.
  • Confirm the deposit information and finish the payment as instructed by your bank.

⏰Deposit timeframe

Your deposit will be credited between 1 hour and 24 hours after the funds are deducted from your bank account. In some rare cases, it can take up to 5 working days.

🤔 The minimum deposit amount

The minimum deposit amount depends on the country from which you are depositing.   
  • For Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Korea, Mexico, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, and South Africa, the minimum is $10
  • For other countries like India, Malaysia, and Vietnam, it is $15.
  • For Thailand, the minimum deposit amount is $19.

  • Make sure that your Internet banking service is enabled.
  • Confirm your Internet banking username and password.
  • Enter the correct OTP/security code.
  • Verify that you have enough funds.

✨ Withdrawal steps

The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the minimum deposit amount in your country.  

To withdraw your funds, you need to fill in the following information on the withdrawal page: 

  • First name.
  • Last Name. 
  • Bank account number.  

 In some cases, you will also need to fill in additional information according to your bank and country.

After your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive your payment within 24 hours to 5 working days.
