✨How can I verify my address?

You can verify your address by activating the Geolocation function in the verification form. Here's how: 

• In the verification form click 'Allow Access' for the geolocation data to confirm your residence.

• Once your location is identified you will see the name of your country. If your address is correct, select 'Next' to continue with your verification.

Alternatively, you can upload any of the following documents containing your full name, current address, and issuing date as your proof of address: 

• Identity document with complete address 
• Bank statement 
• Municipal tax bill
• Internet, TV, or telephone bill
• Tax return
• House registration
• Utility bills
• Cell phone bill. 

Keep in mind that your document must be less than 3 months old. 

📝Tips & Tricks

We know that sometimes you can face difficulties. That's why we have gathered some recommendations to upload the perfect photo! 

➡ Upload a recent photo 

The photo or scan of your document should have less than 2 weeks since you took it. We recommend taking the picture right before uploading it. 

➡ Upload a document with all information

Make sure that your document contains your full name, address and the issuing date of the document. Remember the document should be less than 3 months old. 

➡ Original documents

Please upload a photo or scan of your original document without any physical or digital editions. 

➡ Use different documents to verify your Identity and Address

If you want to use your identity document to verify your address, you should upload a different document to verify your Proof of Identity.
